Traditional Devonshire cream teas are served between June and September, made with locally produced scones and clotted cream. Powdermills is the perfect spot to finish a walk over Dartmoor, and there really isn't a better way of doing that than with a delicious cream tea. Alternatively you can walk off the cream while exploring the remains of the 19th century gunpowder factory that gives its name to the pottery.
